Complete with a touch screen HMI, our PLC based control
panels utilize Allen Bradley, GE Fanuc, ScadaPack, Quickpanel,

DH+, Ethernet, SNP and others, we can provide complete
flexibility and compatibility with existing equipment.
Using Detechtion Technologies Enalysis tm , the control
panel is able to provide continuous and immediate analysis
of the unit’s performance. The panel displays
horsepower and cylinder utilization, abnormal temperatures,
engine overloads, high turbo boost, minimum degrees
of reversal, high rod loads, volumetric efficiency,
minimum net ratios, as well as high valve and piston
ring blowby. The operator is warned of any abnormal
situations and can take corrective action. The control
system will also protect the equipment by shutting the
unit down if necessary. By having performance information
real-time, the unit can also be setup to increase efficiency
and maximize throughput.
